It'd likely be a slow giratina with less HP and attack but more special attack. That's great considering giratina itself is already great in ubers.
A good, defensive ghost type is sorely lacking in OU. Drampa already has roost, defog, multiple phazing options, obscene coverage to bolster its ability to force things out as well as a great nuke option as any dragon does. Ghost typing would also bring it wisp, which is never a bad thing and pairs bretty well with wisp for the meme tier mono attack wisp/CM/roost set.
Weakness wise it has a lot. But on the flipside it has a lot of resistances too, important ones to boot. Walling (and subsequently forcing them out via ridiculous coverage) the likes of keldeo, volcarona, most rain pokemon, bulu, all steels that aren't part fairy or bisharp, and most koko variants is nothing to sneeze at. Couple that with enough special attack to knock the likes of toxapex down a notch and you're solid. Good enough to exist and work well and
good enough to possibly edge trick room into mainstream, what with yet another thing thats solid in it and solid out of it.Eviolite drampa would also be asscancer.
