I know this is really dumb, but I need some inspiration so I want to hear about times when you really felt connected with your Pokémon! Here’s mine, this isn’t too long ago either, I’m fighting Diantha for the umpteenth time, and for once she actually has me on the ropes, we’re both down to our last Pokémon, she mega evolves her Gardevoir I mega evolve my Gengar, for some reason we’re pretty evenly matched and our HP bars are both down to the red, her ‘mon has moved first every time so I just know she’s about to KO my Gengar, I select my move and she goes first.. I shout “dodge it Gengar” and gardevoir misses, I use shadow ball and win the league. Idk it was just one of those moments when I felt like I was actually a Pokémon trainer. Now share yours /vp/
