IF my calculations are correct, a pokemon with a special attack stat of 1673 (rounded down) is needed to one hit ko a standard competitive +def-natured eviolite chansey with maxed def iv/evs using stab psyshock
in order to get that stat without using items, a base stat of 713 special attack, plus 31 ivs, plus 252 evs is needed, which obviously isn't doable with a 540 bst
taking stat boosters into account, some way to attain +1 spatk takes the base stat requirement down from 713 to 476, which is more doable but leaves only 89 points left over (assuming a minimum of 1 per stat). so now how do we get +1 onto this asshole.
aside from just giving it calm mind, the best idea i can think of is a combination of 1hp focus sash and soul heart; come in on an attack, nuke something that isn't chansey, and then laugh at the enemy team. this, of course, assumes you don't get status'd, and while giving it an ability to stop status sounds fun it needs a bullshit gimmick ability to not get kicked in the dick when it shows up.
another option is sturdy, somewhere in the area of 5hp and shell bell if you really want to, but its slow as fuck so who knows you might just die turn 2???
finally the secondary type, which is kind of meaningless in most regards. it's basically a tossup versus steel for toxic immunity or anything super effective against dark for maximum racism.
