But sort of on the subject of this, one of the things I love seeing in Pokemon (or really any fictional universe) is seeing how the humans, society, and world is affected by these highly improbable creatures, and articles of clothing are good example.
I mean, animals are basically integrated right into humanity; they're everywhere. As such, an entire universe that basically EXISTS FOR its animals would have thematic clothing tenfold. I always liked the clothes that take Pokemon designs and patterns into question. The in-game clothes and anime do a great job of portraying this.
