Offensive Lando is uncommon, but when it is used it needs to run jolly to outspeed stuff like adament zygarde and speed tie with other lando-t. Meanwhile (regular) tyranitar runs adamant.
So you're looking at an attack stat of 388 vs ttar's 403.
Not only that, but offensive lando pretty much exclusively runs Z moves and scarf, while ttar runs choice band. The difference in power between the two is astronomical.
