So she needs a Pokemon to survive getting hit with Fly, land Toxic, not have you switch or cure your Pokemon with antidote/full heal immediately, land Leech Seed and then survive long enough for the broken combo to kill one of your guys (probably by using Wrap). Based on how much damage Fly is doing to her Pokemon, you might just choose to get your flyer poisoned with toxic, switch them out, let your sub die, then bring them back out to make them immune to the combo. Even if your flyer somehow goes down and you choose not to revive them, she has to deal with one of these:
>Charizard with Fly>Blastoise with Ice Beam (from Celadon roof top)>Venusaur who (IIRC) is immune to both Toxic and Leech Seed (at the least it is immune to Toxic which is sufficient)Charizard is an obvious problem. Blastoise with Ice Beam is so threatening she'd be better off spamming Mega Drain and hoping to God she doesn't get frozen. Venusaur is going to make the fight long but he can take definitely do it.
I really can't see her being a threat even with the combo.
