Lando is not broken because:

It needs both but can't have both at the same time. These put together are a massive Achilles heel for it. It can only solve 1, maybe 2 at a time. The last one is always true.

They both have u turn cancer in common, but genesects u-turns destroy lives. Landos ones are pretty weak, especially since defensive sets are the ones to run that.
