-they are fun in every incarnation
-so rich in style and personality, started bland with little uniqueness and now they may as well be the most memorable villains
-every incarnation of them make no sense for different reasons, they are either stubborn and dumb as fuck or violent ecoterrorist who desire destruction there's no in-between
Cyrus
-smart
-probably the only villain who though his plan well
-emotionally stunned
-got himself trapped in the disortion world with little to no chance of returning
Ghetsis
-one of the biggest threats in the games, only one who wasn't afraid or regretful to hurt and kill those who attempt to stop him
-his PokeSpe version may as well be the scariest villain in the franchise
-seems calculating and clever but has his moments
-prone to fits of rage
Lysandre
-became Hitler
-dies horribly in every incarnation except in gameverse X, probably still slive under that rubble
Lusamine
-she did what she had to while looking like a super model in high heels and designed gadgets like the purse to contain Nebby that look like designer shit she's untouchable
Guzma
-all around good character and deep inside not a bad person, just hard to bond with
-has a nice style despite the lowest budget and resources available of all villains, Lusamine's payments must have been really shitty
-grows frustrated and gives up easily
-beats up his underlings and has a tendency to destroy things
-a 10 year old in adult body who probably looks for parental figures in older people, but has lots of potential and willinginess to change, just needed to surround himself with the right people
-once he started to show change, he started to work for the better of the people he cares for
