In any case, considering that the base form still has to kill something to transform, bad pokemon remain bad, good pokemon become better. Spinda , assuming it somehow managed to transform, would gain 110 Atk, 110 SpA and 10 speed with 60-60-60 defenses, which isn't that good at all. Battle bond beedrill would be worse than mega beedrill. Battle bond garchomp would be amazing because base garchomp is already decent. Etc.
Defensive stuff like battle bond wobbuffet or battle bond shuckle would be pointless.
