These games are going to be announced in mid to late April, and then they will be released sometime in November. Nintendo is focusing on its first quarter releases for the time being. Once the first quarter expires in April, we will have the rest of the year stuff announced in Quarter 2, including Pokemon Switch.
For those of you who think Zeraora not being in this month's CC means that the games won't be out in 2018, that Pokemon will be revealed by early April at the very latest. (Marshadow was revealed early April last year too.)
I definitely can see the Pokemon Switch game getting some coverage at E3, considering every major game aside from USUM since 2013 got focus at E3.
