The candidates for a cold region should be:

>Scandinavia

>Argentina (as a wildcard)

I would be happy with any of these, but I'm biased towards one based on the UK

They're not requesting different types of localisation, though.
The contracts are basically a "someone to translate to spanish; has to work 6 months minimum" (that other languages also get) and "someone to translate from JAPANESE to spanish, and this one has to work 1 year"

Why do they feel the need to try to integrate the culture of the place the regions are based on?
Basing the general shape of the region on a real world location is fine but damn it, make it its own world like in gen 1-4.

I think something like Norway, Canada or Iceland would be interesting candidates.
