OK NERDS, someone help me out! I collect legal low level pokes, like lvl 9 salamence, lvl 10 dragonite, sharpedo, whiscash, etc. And low level legends, like the lvl 5 dream ball legends, the lvl 1 dialga, palkia, and giratina, etc. So I was on the GTS looking around and saw a bunch of ppl asking for a lvl 1-10 manectric. So I looked it up, and found like 10 on there, some lvl 1, some lvl 5, and some lvl 10. So I got curious, and threw a shiny clone on there and asked for one, and got a lvl 5 manectric, and it is from the sinnoh region. Clearly send up from gen 4, DPP. Was there some way to obtain a legit lvl 5 manectic (or 1 for that matter) in gen 4 Ive never heard of?
