When poketubers are begging for upvotes, shares, comments, etc. That's not just to inflate their ego. They need that activity on their videos if they want to make Youtube money. And even then, Youtube might still demonetize them just for the lulz.
The poketuber community is so oversaturated that it's not worth it to be one. The only time Poketubers aren't a complete waste of bandwidth is when they're playing the latest game or an obscure fangame.
They don't have anything to lose from playing something else once in a while.
