serious question is lillie suppose to be a mentally challenged character

i could understand her needing a little help but the constant repeating of things her inability to get dressed or pick out clothes constantly getting lost in small areas and complete dependence on the player makes it seems like something is wrong in her head

i understand she had a bad childhood but this was too much no offense to mentally challenged people though
