Power creep was going overboard.

Since regular Scizor is now UU, the Mega is a good choice in hindsight.

I like its design overall with a few minor nitpicks:
- Mega Scizor's eyes and the circles on its pincers are changed from yellow to blue for some strange reason.
- Mega Scizor's legs have less detailed shapes and it's hard to tell if it has a clawed toenail in the back.
