I wasn't there for Zapdos so I can't say whether it was active, but Democracy definitely wasn't active when they beat the elite four. If I remember right, democracy wasn't used much at all after the Rocket HQ

It's actually pretty decent. The art is usually pretty good, the characters (well, most of them) are well-written, and there's enough original content in it to please fans who've never even watched TPP. Besides, it's the only completed Pokemon dating sim--at least until Pokemon Academy Life gets off its hiatus.

No porn of it, though. Guess I have to keep crossing my fingers on that front.
