Different Anon, but what most men consider to be a "natural" look usually requires makeup.Just because she doesn't have a smokey eye or bright red lips doesn't mean she's not wearing makeup.

Also men can, do, and will continue, to wear makeup. Image is more important than ever to both genders and using foundation is becoming increasingly common amongst men.

That's only because the writers largely repeat the same story beats they did with May the first time around with slight varations with everyone else.
