Do humans in the poke-world lay eggs?
Just listen to me here. According to lore, humans and pokemon used to marry each other. Most likely, just like humans evolved from other animals in our world, humans evolved from pokemon in the poke-world, and thus can breed with different species just like pokemon do. You could even go as far as saying humans are a species of pokemon, with the only distinction being their technology and ability to use pokeballs. The games canonically feature trainers which use Psychic and Aura Sphere in their sprites, so they can even learn the same moves pokemon do. We just kinda assumed human reproduction in the games works the same as the real world, but this was never stated, was it? We never saw a pregnant woman or references to childbirth in the games. It could be that unbeknownst to us, humans also lay eggs and that's were babies come from. Nay, it's actually MORE likely than them giving live birth.
Prove me wrong.
