Besides Scyther I honestly can't think of any that would benefit from it.

Life Orb and Choice items exists so you'd be better off benefitting from the evolution's higher stats, especially speed.

Honestly, I don't think anything really benefits. Most pokemon would either be too fragile or too slow to pull off any sweeps.

Lets rephrase this: the offensive eviolite boosts attack, special attack, AND speed by 50%. Now we have a valid item for NFE mons in OU/UU, but a total imbalance in the lower tiers. Scyther, Sneasal, hell even a mon like Krokorok with Moxie can be a decent mon thanks to the additional speed with that kind of power

not a specs magneton, a choice band and choice specs magneton that can use moves. after all, eviolite magneton is just an assault vest magneton that can also use status moves and a defense boost. see, the offensive eviolite would also be a complete upgrade to spec users who arent fully evolved yet
