Rock and Steel type are the same type now and it is called "Mineral type".

Weaks and resistances are the same as Rock/Steel type.

How does this affect on the meta?

Rock type is terrible defensively when basically all Rockmons are defensive, I don't get why you think improving a terrible defensive type while the best defensive type get worse is a bad idea.

They gave it an offensive buff but that bitch was complaining about it being too good defensively. Going from 12/17 to 11/18 is a nerf.
