That's pathetic.
Leavanny is even worse. It had its capture episode and the Burgh gym battle, but then it didn't do much until the episode it evolved into Leavanny. It then defeated Roxie's Koffing in a gym battle, and lost to Stephan's Sawk in the league.
Unfezant had significantly less screentime than Swellow, Staraptor, and hell, even Noctowl.
