It depends on whether or not the lemur turns out to be the waifumon like some suspect (Gen 6 fire, Gen 7 Water, Gen 8 Grass), or not. It is cute as a first stage though, I'd say only barely less cute than the lemur. The rabbit looks like trash though.

I kinda thought that the Snivy line was the feminine Grass. Meaning they would've went in "starter order". Grass (Snivy), Fire (Fennekin) then Water (Popplio)

I love all three, if Platypus turns Water/Poison I might go with him. My only hope is that they don't turn him into some stereotypical bulky/fat/ugly mon.

Lemur and Rabbit are both top-tier too, absolutely killer designs.

Same as Gen 7's, I like all three first stages here, with platypus being #1 and lemur being third. But I know their final evos are gonna be shit.

Please have more animal-like final evos and not humans in fursuits....

Feral comes closest, but its hunched posture and stocky body make it look more monstrous than anything.

There's only six Water/Poison Pokemon though and one of them loses its Water typing upon evolution.

Why would I want to use an offensive Water/Poison Pokemon? Poison is a terrible offensive type. There are better dual Water-types that serve an offensive role.
