1. The games are being localized currently, right now, this year, that means they are almost done
1. It can be a spin off as it would be whatever company thats making the spin off's responsability to get the games localized
2. The contracts are for 6 months, all besides one of the two spanish contracts for localization editor
3. They aren't going to localize the games, then add more stuff, then get them localized again, thats not how it works, would cost more money, and would take the games that they are being pressured to get out early, more time
