Zeraora needs to be officially revealed first, and I don't think it will by February 27.

As for a possible Switch game getting revealed on the anniversary, I don't think so. They only revealed SM on February 27, 2016 because it was the 20th anniversary. 22 isn't a milestone anniversary, so it's pointless.

If the games are released this year, they will most likely be revealed before E3. My guess is that we will get Zeraora's announcement in either next month's CC or by early April at the latest. And then we will get the Switch game announcement in mid-late April 2018 as part of a special Nintendo Direct.

People were saying there wasn't going to be a game last year because of no feb announcement right until USUM were announced. The cutoff point is E3, a major release this year being announced after that is retardedly bad marketing.

When all is said and done, GF is a business like any other. They expect people to play one of their games only for so long and plan around making them playable only for so long. People will only pour so much time in a single game before putting it away and go play something else, specially children who tend to lose interest in things pretty quickly. It did have some bad points but aren't bad games per se. I do think the Necrozma plot was wasted and I do think the changes to Lillie's/Lusamine's arc was detrimental to the narrative but barring that, and disconsidering the existence of SM, they're overall good Pokémon games.

It really doesn't matter for a minute if its reveled on the 27th or not. We can be almost certain that development will be done this year based on the Localization Editor contract. We KNOW the games have been being localized for some time now. They would not start localization if they weren't almost done. They aren't going to localize parts of the game, add more, and then localize again, because they'd be on longer contracts and need to be payed even more money and doing that would be absolutely retarded. 2019fags are literally worse than leak fags

Localization editing is one of the last few stages of Game development, meaning that the games are basically done

Let me correct myself here. They localize in batches, yes, but once the process is done they don't do it again. The process for localization editing for these games is 6months hence the contract and they are starting in April. This doesn't point to a 2019 release at all lol

Exactly, my rule is, if the console doesn't have at least 5 games i want and 5 games im looking forward to then im not buying it. So far games I want on the Switch are Doom, RE Revelations, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Looking forward are Outlast, Pokemon, and Metroid. I guess ill have to wait
