Lets have a discussion on disputed Pokemon and Pokemon that were revealed long ago and eventually became official (Like Mega Gyrados, Alola Exeggutor).

What supports that they were eeveelution? I know the eevee sisters are in that town, so its possible, but I don't recall any direct confirmation of this.

To my knowledge it's never been confirmed. However:

In Pokemon Crystal there are three sages which guard Tin Tower. They use the original Eevee evolutions. So maybe there's a history of Eevee trainers protecting the towers. Or the sages may have come along after the other tower burned and choose Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon to mirror the legendary beasts.

Nothing explicitly states that the beasts used to be Eeveelutions, but there are hints here and there. For one, the beasts have the same types as the original 3 Eeveelutions. Also, before Gen 7, their hidden abilities were the same as the Eeveelutions' standard abilities (Suicune and Vaporeon both had Hydration, Raikou and Jolteon both had Volt Absorb, Entei and Flareon both had Flash Fire). That's all I can think of right now.

I want it very much, but how will it work?
Cubone and Baby Kangaskhan should be the same stage and Marowak looks like a lower stage than Kangaskhan, but if it's true, Marowak would need an evolution parallel to her. The last problem is that Kangaskhans are never males, so what happened to them? I've heard that Kangaroos can control the growth of their babies, so my idea is, to evolve baby you need to take them away from mother.

I mean all the incense, Plates, Drives, Rock evolutions should be folded away.

Kangakid could easily solve the whole gender problem with the Nidoran line while keeping it 151 Original Mon. Even Oldfags like me could never complain

You could count Cubone as an evolution of Babyskhan, so Marowak is still a final evolution.
Babyskhan -> Cubone -> Marowak
Babyskhan -> Kidskhan -> Kangaskhan
I'd love to see male Kangaskhan someday, though.

My best guess is they want to keep each group of eeveelutions special. The first three keep being oldschool by having stone evos, Espeon and Umbreon get to keep their special bond with their Trainer by evolving with friendship, Glaceon and Leafeon are the best adapted to their environment cause they evolve in response to it and Sylveon is super speshul since it evolves with Amie.
I guess if you make them all evolve with rocks then they all become a more indistinct group, which GF might theorize would make them less popular (and marketable).

Same. i'm sick of having to collect the same shit every game, and it's only gotten worse now with mega stones, Z crystals and Silvally's memory discs thrown into the mix. Yeah, you can get Silvally's memory discs at one shot, but the other stuff you have to find or buy.

The bag needs to at least put megastones in their own space. If TMs and Z crystals can have their own bag space, why the fuck not for mega stones?

No, because it's not actually a baby. The mother and "child" are two components of the same organism. This is why only the baby changes when it Mega Evolves, and why Kangaskhan are born fully grown with a baby already in their pouch.
