As a reminder, because a lot of people still don't know this, every single Generation VII Pokémon got a new exclusive move and/or ability.
(Minor exceptions: Midnight Lycanroc, the Ultra Beasts technially sharing Beast Boost, and some but not all Alola forms. I get the impression they were going to give new assets to ALL Alola forms, but gave up, because they wanted more things to get Aurora Veil.)
Anyway, it kind of explains why things like Musharna don't get Comatose, or Tangrowth not getting Tangling Hair; they'll redistribute them more widely in the next gen.
