Grass/Fairy Mistletoe slightly based on cupid.

Grass/Ghost based on Bat flower. A plant with the appearance of a bat. Maybe incorporate some vampire/carnivorous plant elements. It feeds on the stored sunlight from other plant Mons.

I really like this idea, it could have a fake face on one side, and the core has the real face.

-A weeping willow that literally cries
-Snapdragons. When they die, the flowers shrivel up to look like skulls!
-a peachy humanoid based on the legend of Momotaro.
-A wormy apple
-A potato(grass/ground)
-A cluster of mistletoe ending in a huge pair of lips

How about a Grass/Rock baby goat that evolves into an ibex, and then a massive ibex with a large hump on its back and lots of fur to make it look like one big mountain with a goat's head. Also the younger stages like to climb on the final stage back.

New ability increases the power of head based moves like Horn Leech, Skull Bash, Headbutt, Zen Headbutt, e.t.c., and the final stage gets Thick Fat as a hidden ability.

You posted one. Mandrake, either Grass/Ghost or Grass/Dark or Grass/Fairy. They all work. Anyway, it's got Soundproof and learns Perish Song, Boomburst, and Mean Look.

Give it a Sap Sipper clone but for Bug moves. And make it Grass/Ground so it can shut down U-turn and Volt Switch

One more idea: an explosive pomegranate. Basically a pun on Grenada and grenade or something. Fire/Grass, with an "Immolate" ability that's like a clone of Refrigerate, but with Fire instead of Ice. Learns Seed Bomb, Explosion, and some other war-themes moves like Spikes and maybe even Shell Trap.

a little tofu soy bean thing that evolves into a soy animal of some sort, maybe first into a squishy white chicken then cow?
snapdragon flower with a split evo, one grass/dragon and one grass/ghost (look up snapdragon seed head)
grass/bug based on bee orchids
grass/fairy based on naked fairy orchids
grass/rock based on lithops
a highland cow that looks like a big shaggy hay bale
grass water marimo balls
you could do a pretty creepy one based on bleeding tooth fungus
