ITT: Create a plot for the upcoming pokemon game that isn't "a group of poachers want to capture a powerful pokemon to help them take over the world"

Mine is mechanically the same more or less, but with a twist.

>Evil team is a cult that worships the box legendary
>Their goal is to bring about the prophesied end times.
>Everything they do is to set the stage for their god to come back and reclaim this world
>Turns out they are all being mind controlled
>The team leader isn't even a human, but a physical projection of the legendary.
