TPCi replaces more of the original score than 4Kids, but it doesn't edit as much. The voices are worse for TPCi than 4Kids.
Pokemon never had a good dub anyway (this is why you rarely see dub posts on /vp/), but it has become worse in many ways from the Hoenn days.
