Nuzlocke rules question:

I'm doing a Sun nuzlocke run, and at times there are the visible mons sticking out of the grass that'll bum rush you when you get close. Seeing as you can be forced into those fights, does that still count as your first and only capture in that area?

The first one you encounter is always Makuhita on Route 2. Do I just have to roll with him or would it be fair to capture the first one from a random encounter after that?
