I feel like black widow spiders would make for a decent Bug/Dark type. Specifically i had an idea where it would be a BWS mixed with various female Yokai:
Jorogumo(A female shapeshifting spider yokai, self explanatory)
Hannya(A malicious female spirit born from vengeance, usually against her cheating SO. Once again self explanatory)
Ubume-Tricks people into holding a rock enchanted to look like a baby. The rock grows heavier over time. However instead of a rock, it would be an egg sac carrying her brood.

Electric/Dark is really something I'm surprised hasn't been done yet. In Egyptian Mythology the god of storms and chaos was called Set. Unlike other Egyptian gods, nobody is quite sure what animal Set has the head of, and it is often just referred to as the "Set animal" or "Typhonic beast"

Since i did Electric/Dark, I might as well do Electric/Fighting. Going a few thousand miles north of Egypt, we have Thor, Norse god of storms. Quite a few Norse myths tell of Thor bashing in the head of the evil ice giants. You could even borrow inspiration from the goats that drive his chariot.
