Will Game Freak ever try again? Will we ever get a game where it seems like they actually wanted to make the best experience possible, like HG/SS or B2/W2?
All of the new games seem really barren. X/Y, OR/AS, S/M, US/UM, all of them are sparse on content. You don't have to work for legendaries anymore. There aren't any cool hidden chambers, like the ones in Mt. Coronet or the Victory Roads. There aren't any battle facilities other than the standard battle tower. You can forget about post game content, because you've got maybe 5 hours of content post-E4 before all you have left is battling. Instead, games from OR/AS onward are just content with shoving Hoopa rings or Ultra-Wormholes leading you to legendaries outright.
It just seems like Game Freak has become jaded with Pokemon.
