Consider that we have almost over a thousand Pokémon and people want walking, Pokeathlon, and I don't know what more. Also, the PWT is very unlikely to be possible to be added, given how many models they would have to make now since we already have phased out the sprite era.
And removing customization from ORAS was probably for the best for many reasons and even if it came back, it's still very limited
