Keeping as much of lickilicky as possible rather than just doing my own thing, I'd either keep the tiny stumpy legs, round body, and tiny tail pretty much the same but make it a prevo, a baby with a bib, or keep it a fat blobby evo but make it noticeably still a functional lizard rather than a spherical retarded baby. Also gave the evo a fat floor dragging tail because healthy geckos store fat in their tails, and if it's gonna be a lardy gourmand lizard it needs a big fat tail.
