I wouldn't recommend washing a plush in washing machine, unless it's absolutely covered in coffee stains, jizz, cheeto dust, etc. If you must, then tie in in a pillow case and wash with cold water on a gentle cycle. Washing could change the texture of the fur so it's best to hand wash it. Just use a washcloth, mild detergent, and warm water.
