Stall doesn't need fixing. It's not a broken play style

In VGC it's practically non existent and in singles, it's pretty weak to a lot of things at the moment

There is literally nothing wrong with stall now that Arena Trap is banned. It's no more viable than any other playstyle and can be easily played around.

This benefits stall. Recovery moves already have way too much pp, whereas stall breaking offensive moves will have less opportunities. All this does is make the stallfag beat you quicker.
