Gliscor always looked like a speed pokemon to me, but I just learned its actually a bulky defensive mon. What are some pokemon who's stats surprised you, /vp/?

Leafeon having 130 def for some reason
Flareon having 110 SpD for some reason too
Durant seems like if it had 70-80 spe
Araquanid doesn't looks specially defensive
Absol only has 75 Spe
Keldeo has only 72 Atk
Cryogonal's high SpD
Turtonator having a ridiculously low 91 SpA
Nihilego having more than 75 HP
Roserade not having at least 110 Spe

Because they're not fast. The eeveelutions' stats are really bad for anything that isn't minmaxed, which is why only espeon, jolteon and umbreon ever broke out of RU, and I'm pretty sure they're all back in there again. A minmaxed eeveelution with 130 attack and 110 speed, of a type not yet used but with potential like ground, fighting, dragon, or even bug, with a decent enough ability, would be amazing.

You're right, I forgot gayeon mc fetishmon, xe got into OU and that was impressive, but it's mostly because it was a fairy with pixilate, and fucking everything with -ate was OU when gen 6 began. If I'm not mistaken it fell down in ORAS, that should prove it was a fluke. All it's good for anymore is cute/lewd pics

I didn't, smogon certainly did, keeping it in UU while alomomola, which is literally better in every single way, is free in RU. Vaporeon should be in NU ffs.

Vaporeon was only good in Gen V because of hydration. Slowbro, Suicune, Alomomola, hell even Volcanion eclipsed it as a bulky water a gen later.
