Help me make a mischievous team

I want to make a competitive team based off Pokemon who have a moveset to be mischievous (priority, status effects, speed, ruining sets, etc) and or Pokemon who are just known to always be up to no good.

I have a Golbat set that might catch some by surprise once or twice...

You can put points in HP instead of one of the Defenses if you want.

Unless a mon has naturally high HP, who doesn’t prioritize on HP investment first? There is a reason no one runs 252Def/252SpDef Toxapex.

Honestly, that's not the best approach. Figure out how you want to win - PP stall? A setup sweeper? Opponent ragequits? - and find the best way for that to happen as quickly as possible.

However, if you need(!) to mess with your opponent, Spore is never a bad choice. Alternatively, there are a number of 'mons that get Gravity and Hypnosis or Sleep Powder. If you're playing Smogonshit, though, this is less valuable, since you can only sleep one 'mon at a time.

It's got decent HP with that investment, I just wanted to maximise its defenses. I have run it with max HP investment before and it plays much the same, so it's whatever.

You're right, I imagine using my pokemon to setup a sweep by denying the enemy turns with status effects, and ruining their setups, leaving a lot of room for my sweeping Pokemon to tear through their shit

you're thinking of balance then. maybe semistall but that only leaves you with 1 sweeper at most.

I always had the idea of having a really fast Pokemon to deal damage, so I guess I'm leaning to semistall.

You can have a Weavile sweeper, but need a pokemon that can deal with fire and steel types if you also want Whimsicott
