I liked the soundtrack and the Kalos atmosphere overall. Have fond memories of this gen, anime unrelated.

It actually had gyms and a good online system.
Still one of the worst traditional pokemon games, but at least it had the fundamentals unlike gen 7. Also has the excuse of the huge transition to 3D.

I recently made one of those "favorite pokémon of each type" images and discovered that a large portion of my all time favorite pokémon are from Gen VI, I didn't even realize. It's still the worst generation as far as I'm concerned, though.

I think Gen 6 was the worst gen.

I played the game yesterday and noticed that the models move a lot smoother than in USUM. I liked that and it's not something you notice until after playing USUM.
