Gen 7 is MUCH better than Gen 6 without remakes. It's about the same if you consider ORAS. I prefer Gen 3 without remakes to Gen 2. Also, Gen 5 doesn't have remakes.

when we compare multiple games like this i think its fair to say we should think about the time it came out. For its time gen1 was amazing imo. Although back then i was 5/6 years old and that was the only game i had besides super mario bros deluxe so my opinion is extremely one biased.

An OST has never been overall bad for any Pokémon game ever. dont fuckin post ORAS. It is a given for each game. This doesn’t stop the fact that they’re the rock bottom of the series in terms of gameplay, story and arguably fucking visuals. A soundtrack can be fuckin bumpin even when the actual game sucks huge dick, and there’s a certain blue hedgehog who knows that all too well.

If you're even pretending to be objective Gen 1 should be so low it isn't even on the graph because of how many basic mechanical problems it had. Putting any game NEAR Gen 1's level of objective quality is retarded.
