Accuracy is literally just wind ups and animation times/projectile speed - Stone Edge would be blatant and give a billion warning signs, and most Rock mves in general will utilize slow projectiles
A real-time game wouldn't have to be like a Tekken-lite with 850+ "characters" and levels to gain etc., it would just be a more open world, real time sandbox RPG. More Fallout or Morrowind. This has the added advantage of simplistic hitboxes - Yes, or no.
I havent really played a lot of new era RPGs because well, theyre not fun. I don't like that style very well, and not for lack of trying. Ive played Tales, Valkyria Chronicles, FF13, etc.
I like my turn based RPGs and still play them - Atelier / Mana Khemia, Disgaea (strategy RPG, but), Persona, and whatnot.
All of which have stuck to the formula of game that theyve used for multiple entries and decade(s) of games.
And continued to grow and become more successful with each iteration, which Pokemon has done as well.
Change isn't always the best option.
