I prebreed my play through mons and then just have fun. EVs can be removed and replaced, so I don't really care about those.

I hate this, I forced myself to catch like 10 Tynamo in my pokemon Black playthrough until I caught one with high IVs, the worst part as that those little shits have at best an 8% chance of appearance

I could put it out of my mind when it was just a hidden mechanic but when the bottom screen is dedicated to telling you how shit your shitmons are and there's a shitty minigame to play for hours to make them less shit, you can't ignore it.

Natures always bothered me, though.

This is about in game. Where IVs and natures force you to either play sub-optimally or put up with the tedious grind of finding mons with "correct" stats in an RNG lottery. It practically begs people to cheat if they even want to attempt after game facilities.

Play Polished Crystal.
The game has Natures and Abilities, but you can turn them off individually. There is also a setting to set all Pokemon's IVs to max. EVs function as Stat Experience, so every stat can be maxed rather than having a cap of 510.
You ain't gotta worry about a thing, unless you turn Abilities on and want a specific Ability. Hidden Abilities are rare though. Still looking for an Unaware Wooper.
