Her awkward leaf fins upset the balance of the design for me and I have a pet peeve about the blobs of flowery texture meant to represent a detailed bouquet. And I would have liked if Floette were a legendary on its own. But Florges isn't terrible. I really like the concept, but like so many mons from the last few gens, the art style spoils it for me.

It's speed tier is 3 points shy of being passable.
It's bulk is bad making setup difficult.
It's mono dragon typing makes it difficult to sweep or break even with a DD.
For the most part it doesn't do anything that salamence, dragonite, and other DDancers don't already do better.
