I hope to God we don't get a new game this year. The past few have been getting steadily worse, and the series is starting to feel oversaturated. Let them take their time on it, I say. We don't want to end up like Call of Duty.

The switch game has been in development since 2015. Gen 7 only feels oversaturated because it's a downgrade from gen 6

For the 2000th time
it doesn't matter what you want. The games are being localized currently, with localization editors being planned to start in April on a 6month contract

While that doesn't mean all the work will be done after 6months, a vast majority of it should be, though more work will still probably be needed. If they release in 2019, it's going to be no later than March.

Yearly releases aren't gonna stop until they stop selling. The next game would have to be really bad for it to not sell and it's more likely to be better than the 3ds games
