Never played the gen 3 games (Except firered and the ORAS)

Should i do Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald?

Play Emerald, there is virtually no reason to play Ruby or Sapphire after playing ORAS. Emerald does have some content that didn't make it into ORAS.
