So far, every Eeveelution has been of what would traditionally be considered a special typing (aside from Sylveon, for obvious reasons, which has the excuse of "GF wanted to show off their new type")
Whether this occurs because it's easier to design an Eevee around special types, or something more intentional, is hard to say, but the fact remains that Eevee has yet to get an evolution with a typing that was physically based, pure flying is a unique typing that GF hates using, and frankly there's little reason to take a picture of Eevee on an airplane and assuming it's meant to represent Eevee evolving into a flying Pokemon.
It's not impossible, but it's very unlikely that GF would suddenly change their minds on so many things. Flying fags are likely just going to get BTFO'd again, just like how you fags got BTFO'd when Sylveon's typing was revealed.
