>>35037356The general plot was that the region they were from was quite divided, some people wanted the wild pokemon to roam freely around the cities while the others shunned wild pokemon, seeing them as a threat and that under no circumstances should a wild mon ever be in rural areas.
Team Unity thougt that both of these groups were wrong and in order to show everyone that everyone was wrong they planned to create a worst case scenario. Cobalt (the guy in the middle and leader of team unity) ordered the two admins Flint and Amber to show them why their way of thinking was wrong.
Amber befriended an original Pokemon based on a possum and told it to play dead, she then told some of the Unity grunts to act as if they were abusing the poor mon.
To the inhabitants of the town who didn't want any pokemon in the town it looked like the evil team just fatally injured a defenseless pokemon, so they brought it to the pokemon center and learned that under certain circumstances they have to take in some wild pokemon, and they also learned that they are not always savages.
Flint on the other hand had a plan that wasn't nearly as wholesome and extremely over the top. In order to show the people who let wild mons roam free that wild pokemon can be dangerous he obtained the legendary pokemon of the region (It wasn't themed after anything specifically, it was just really strong, incredibly rare and notably dangerous) and told it to run loose in the city. Neither Cobalt nor Amber approved of this so they help the player character trying to stop the beast.
I thougt all of this up in one evening so it might sound stupid.
