>>35036757I hate his autistic screeching and childlike mannerisms, but he comprehensively and skillfully presents information regarding events in each LP.
I also like how honest and genuine he is. Unlike other YouTubers, he doesn't fake his personality; that excitable, socially awkward, geeky, neety, aspie is exactly who he is. He doesn't create a persona or a fake personalty to draw people in. He doesn't overact his emotions like many other YouTubers like Jacksepticeye or PewDiePie. He doesn't need to lie to get followers like many other YouTubers; he lets people in through his content.
He also hasn't changed all too much as a person. Other YouTubers from Emile's era have changed their profiles and become a lot more corporate over time. Smosh, PewDiePie, Markiplier, VEVO channels.. All of these YouTubers sold out their original identities to make more money. Even if they became more successful on the platform, those YouTubers have sacrificed their personal integrity. At least Emile stuck to his guns and didn't let anybody else change him. I can at least respect that.
Chuggaaconroy is hit and miss; he has both good and bad elements. Genuine is hard to find on social media, especially on YouTube, where everybody has a fake personality. But Emile's genuineness comes from social awkwardness that echos back to the horrors of Chris-chan and other aspie YouTubers. I'd like to find a YouTuber that has the same level of integrity and honesty as Emile yet isn't socially awkward or cringy af.
