Hakamo-o I'll concede actually, it changes but it is a very clear progression.
Rowlet's line changes so much between each stage that it isn't even funny to imply otherwise.
Mareanie has a soft silhouette and palette with use of its "hair" to cover its face to provide it with a shy look while Toxapex has a hard, segmentd silhouette and palette with a forward opening to its bunker that expresses a disturbed look.
The only thing that stays the same between Sandygast and Palossand is the concept, everything else reforms or is given extra detail in some way.
