I'd be happy is Gen 8 was just New Forms, new Megas, new Z-moves, cross-gen evos and prevos, and a armload of balance adjustments.

Its just common sense that it'll be released in 2019, people need to calm their tits.

As for time, I don't think it'll change anything as GF and creatures had to bend backwards to make XY happen yet it was still a competent game, probably more than everything that followed.

If I had to have a game in 2018, I'd assume it to be a Mystery Dungeon or a spinoff like rumble or conquest.
